At Ramrah Life Sciences<\/strong>, we pride ourselves on the quality and efficacy of our formulations. Due to the nature of our products (personal care, skincare, and nutraceuticals) and strict hygiene standards, we uphold a specific Return Policy.<\/p>

1. Products (Skincare, Haircare, Wellness)<\/h2>

1.1 Hygiene & Safety<\/h3>

To ensure the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed products.<\/strong> Once a product packaging has been tampered with or opened, it is considered non-returnable.<\/p>

1.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h3>

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>

  • Process:<\/strong> Email us at info@ramrah.com<\/strong> with your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged\/incorrect product.<\/p><\/li>

  • Resolution:<\/strong> Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    1.3 Cancellation<\/h3>

    Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.<\/p>

    2. Clinical Services & Therapies<\/h2>

    2.1 Service Refunds<\/h3>

    Fees paid for clinical consultations, treatments, or therapies are non-refundable<\/strong>. This includes IV Therapy, Laser Treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.<\/p>

    2.2 Packages<\/h3>

    Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be utilized within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.<\/p>

    3. Refund Processing<\/h2>

    For eligible product refunds (damaged\/incorrect items):<\/p>

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days<\/strong> after the return request is approved.<\/p><\/li>

    • The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card\/Debit Card\/Net Banking\/UPI).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
